Principal
Dear Students, Parents, teachers and Well-Wishers,
Let me begin my message through short story. There is a
story of two men who were in the forest chopping wood.
One man worked hard all day, took no breaks, and stopped
only briefly for lunch. The other man took several
breaks and even a short nap after lunch. At the end of
the day, the man who worked continuously was disturbed
to find that the other had cut moor wood. When he
questioned him, his companion replied, “ Did you notice
that while I was sitting down, I was sharpening my axe?
Sharpening the axe is the key factor. Planning you day
is exactly that. Successful people motivate themselves
through their daily plans. As Brian Tracy says, One
minute of planning saves ten minutes in execution.
It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the
official website of St. Paul’s Eng. Med. School,
Baghima. Our school stands as a beacon of knowledge,
discipline, hard work, respect, planning, success and
physical, mental, spiritual values, committed to
nurturing young minds and shaping responsible citizens
of tomorrow.
At St. Paul’s, we believe that education is not only
about academic excellence but also about character
formation. We strive to create a learning environment
where curiosity is encouraged, talents are discovered,
and moral values are strengthened. Our dedicated
teachers work tirelessly to ensure that every child
receives personal attention and holistic development.
In today’s fast-changing world, our mission is to equip
students with confidence, creativity, critical thinking
skills, and strong ethical foundations. We encourage
participation in academics, sports, cultural and
extracurricular activities.
We are proud of our vibrant school community and the
continuous support of our parents. Together, we aim to
inspire our students to dream big, work hard, and
achieve excellence in study and become “Light of the
World” as our school motto, to remove the darkness of
ignorance. I invite you to visit our campus, and join us
in giving children the strong start they deserve.
Let us continue this journey of learning and growth with
faith, determination, and unity.
May God bless you all.
Warm regards,
Fr. Neelam S. Toppo
