For withdrawal from the school a written application signed by both parents is required.
Application for T.C. along with the prescribed fee should be submitted to the school office at least 03 days before the T.C. is issued.
No Transfer Certificate will be given to any student who leaves the school unless all outstanding fee have been settled.
Students who absent themselves without leave for more than 15 consecutive days shall be deemed to have left the school and their name shall automatically be struck off the rolls. Re-admission is left to the discretion of the principal.
Students whose attendance is irregular, or who habitually neglect home work or who in the opinion of the school authorities repeatedly violate the rules and regulations of the school or whose conduct is not in keeping with the moral tone of the school or whose activities are detrimental to the very objectives of St. Paul's School are liable to be expelled.
As a rule a student who is dismissed/taken Transfer Certificate is not readmitted.
Once admission fee paid, it is non-refundable.
The Principal's decision is final in all cases of dismissal or withdrawal.
